Based on research identifying the top 5 reasons why the best employees leave their organizations, this session addresses the #1 reason: lack of respect. Disrespect manifests in a multitude of behaviors and practices throughout the workplace. Some are overtly malicious while others, although unintentional, have equally negative impacts on employee performance and well-being. Disrespectful behaviors and practices are revealed with identified means for their elimination and prevention. Ensure that your organization employs the best practices for attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent.
Objectives:
• Identify the behaviors and practices of disrespect in the workplace.
• Learn the impact of disrespectful behaviors and practices in the workplace.
• Determine best practices for creating respectful workplace environments.
